We know you’re excited to enjoy your new closet, so we created our 30-Day Installation Promise to give you peace of mind.
Here’s how it works:
✅ Booking your spot
Once you’ve signed your agreement and paid your deposit, your 30-day countdown begins the moment you approve the design in writing.
✅ What’s included
Your installation date is guaranteed based on the design and materials listed in your estimate. If you change the design, upgrade materials, or add extra items later, we’ll happily update your quote — but it may mean a new timeline.
✅ Your part
All we ask is that your space is clear, accessible, and ready for installation on the scheduled day. If there are delays on your end (like the space not being ready, access issues, or unpaid balances), the 30-day promise no longer applies — but we’ll still work with you to find the next available spot.
✅ What’s not covered
Specialty/custom materials with long lead times and events outside our control (like supplier delays, weather, or strikes) aren’t included in the 30-day guarantee.
✅ Rescheduling
If you request a new date after booking, we’ll move you to the next available opening — but the 30-day clock stops.
✅ Our guarantee to you
If we can’t install within 30 days for reasons on our end, we’ll give you [credit/refund/discount — you choose] as our way of making it right.
⚠ Fair use of this promise
This is a genuine offer for clients who are ready to move forward. If the terms are altered or stretched after booking, the promise no longer applies. Our decision on eligibility is final.
